Ingredients:

2 Cup Wheat flour
•
Salt(acc to taste)
•
Water
•
Oil
•
Boiled Potato
•
Pomegranate(anardana)
•
Green Chilli Chopped
•
Red Chilli powder
•
Butter
Method:
•
Take Wheat flour in a bowl add ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp oil and mix well.
•
Add water little by little and knead well to make smooth dough.cover the bowl and keep for 15 minutes
•
Grate the potatoes add red chilli powder ,green chilli ,Pomegranate powder and salt and mix well.

Now devide the dough into 8 equal portions and make its pedas. Take 1 peda ,roll peda using rolling pin ,Put potato mixture on it and again make it into a peda.now sprinkle a flour and roll it by using rolling pin .

Take tawa and heat it .place rolled prantha on it and cook it on one side then turn it and pour ½ tsp butter over the prantha and shallow fry ,turn it and pour ½ tsp butter on second side of prantha and shallow fry on moderate heat.

Now Aalu Prantha is ready to serve.
