Chilli Paneer Recipe
Ingredients
• Paneer - 300 grams(cut in cube pieces)
• corn flour
• 1 Green Capsicum
• 1 Red Capsicum
• Olive oil
• Vinegar
• Tomato Sauce
• Soya Sauce
• Chilly Sauce
• Green Chillies
• Ginger
• Black Pepper Powder
• Chilly flakes
• Ajinomoto
• Salt
• Mint leaves
Method
• Take 2tsp of the corn flour in a plate and wrap the cube pieces of paneer in it.
• Pour 2 tsp oil in a pan. After it heats, put the paneer pieces in it to fry and turn them over constantly till both sides turn light brown.Take out the fried paneer pieces.
• Now pour the 4tsp oil in the pan, after oil is heated then fry ginger and green chillies . Add green capsicum and red capsicum and fry them for 1 minute. Add ¼ Cup tomato sauce, 2 tsp chilly sauce, 2tsp soya sauce, 2tsp vinegar, ¼ chilly flakes, 1/2 tsp salt ,1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1pinch ajinomoto . Now Mix all the ingredients on a low flame .
• Dissolve the 2 tsp corn flour in 1/4 cup water till all lumps disappear and pour it into Same Pan . Cook the chilly paneer for 1 minute as you stir regularly.Now Put the large Pieces of mint leaves in It.
• Delicious, Chilly Paneer is ready, Prepare fried rice Or noodles and serve Chilly Paneer along with it.
